Jennifer is a Licensed Professional Counselor who enjoys working with teenagers and adults. Jennifer received her Master’s degree in Counseling from Marquette University in Wisconsin. She has 25 years of experience in a variety of settings in Wisconsin and Arizona including community mental health centers and private practice. She has been working in the Flagstaff community since 2008. Her experience includes working with individuals with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, personal growth, and women’s issues. Although Jennifer is a general practitioner, she has special interests in working with college students/young adults, bereavement/grief issues, and providing support for healthcare workers. Jennifer believes in the importance of developing an individualized rapport with each person. She focuses on using a strengths-based and collaborative approach to help her clients reach their goals and develop solutions for coping with the difficulties that they encounter. She also uses a holistic approach emphasizing the mind/body connection to help promote both physical and emotional health and well-being.
